Over the past few years I've grown beyond my humble beginnings in video and embraced the marketing world. Previous roles have allowed me to gain exposure to Social Media Management, Email Marketing, SEO as well as graphic design for both print and digital.

Social Media Management

I have practical social media management experience across both creative and B2B environments. Through my passion project Southdown Sessions, I built a strong organic presence—generating over 120,000 views on Instagram alone in the first year, alongside additional traction on YouTube—all without paid advertising. In a professional B2B context, I helped grow my company’s LinkedIn following by 1,200 within a year. This was achieved by identifying key trends, analysing successful campaigns, and tracking competitor activity to inform a data-driven strategy. I also have experience running paid social campaigns, complementing my strong foundation in organic growth.

Email Marketing

I have strong experience in email marketing, having used platforms such as Wix, Klaviyo, and HubSpot to create engaging, high-performing campaigns. My emails consistently achieve an average open rate of 38%, well above industry benchmarks. This success is driven by my effective use of CRM tools to fine-tune and segment mailing lists for maximum relevance and engagement. Additionally, I’ve leveraged my event and expo attendance by capturing on-the-ground content and quickly turning it into compelling follow-up mailers—helping to boost ROI from events and convert warm leads into loyal, repeat customers.

SEO

While still growing my expertise in SEO, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience through running PPC campaigns using tools like Google Campaign Manager—working in partnership with international brands such as Dahua. Additionally, I’ve supported SEO efforts by designing visually impactful landing pages that are not only engaging but also optimised to drive traffic and conversions. These pages play a key role in boosting search visibility and enhancing overall user experience, contributing to stronger digital performance.

Graphic Design

I have extensive experience in graphic design, with advanced skills across Adobe Creative Cloud—including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dimension. My design work spans a wide range of formats, from catalogues, brochures, and flyers to social media content, website banners, merchandise, and more. Whether for print or digital, I consistently deliver visually compelling assets that align with brand identity and marketing goals. I’ve become known within my team for my creativity, adaptability, and ability to turn ideas into polished designs that stand out and resonate with the intended audience.
